Coho Festival

The Coho Festival is a celebration of nature's annual miracle of salmon returning to the North Shore. The Festival takes place in September at Ambleside Park in West Vancouver.

Festival activities include the Coho Walk down the Capilano River, and the 14K Coho Run from Kitsilano Park to Ambleside Beach. Celebrity chefs serve over 1400 salmon barbecued meals. In addition, Festival visitors are treated to a variety of art exhibits, stage presentations, new environmental displays and activities for the youngsters.
