Lynn Valley Literary Society - Young Writers' Club

The Young Writers Club is a program of the Lynn Valley Literary Society, which acts as the parent organization and eligible not-for-profit society.  The mission of the Young Writers Club is to provide encouragement, instruction and social opportunities for children and young adults who enjoy creative writing; and to promote the lifelong benefits of creative activity. The Young Writers Club presents monthly workshops and instructional sessions in creating writing for school-age youth; runs a regular newsletter and annual story-writing contest; programs a members’ web forum; and publishes Wintertide, a collection of holiday stories, poems and memories written by local writers.
