August 2014 - Two studios are currently available for rent at 195 Studios - Artists on Pemberton, a bustling and growing community of artists and sculptors. The larger studio could be shared by two people, and a smaller studio will accommodate a single occupant.
Large Studio upstairs facing west, 179 sq.ft. includes utilities, insurance and GST: Rent is $477.50 monthly.
Smaller Studio upstairs facing east, 100 sq.ft. includes utilities, insurance and GST: Rent is $299.25 monthly.
Both are available immediately and are rented on a month-to-month basis - first-come-first-served basis. Tenants will be required to sign a month-to-month lease and to agree to the 195 Guidelines for Safety and Security. The new owner will undertake a background check before any rentals are agreed to.
The District of North Vancouver requires each tenant to have a Business Licence - $130 per annum.

The goal of the artists of 195 Studios is to create, work, share and engage with each other and the community at large to develop a community legacy. Many of our artists are teachers, they will give individual or small group classes and will mentor artists.
