North Shore Culture Days Makes Top #10 List
January 2014 - The 2013 Culture Days Top 10 communities have been announced and North Shore Culture Days has made the list! In the overall category, we rank #10 for the number of activities registered. And in the regional category we move up to the #6 spot. A big 'bravo' goes out to all of the arts and cultural groups in North and West Vancouver that participated in the 2013 North Shore Culture Days celebrations, and to all of the community members who came out and got creative!
Culture Days is an annual three-day national celebration where artists, arts and cultural groups and creative organizations invite their local communities to participate in hands-on, interactive and "behind the scenes" activities. Since its inception in 2010, Culture Days has seen an impressive growth in participation across the country with 5.5 million Canadians participating in 25,000 registered Culture Days activities in more than 800 cities and towns! North Shore Culture Days will take place September 26, 27, 28, 2014.
